




Description: Wega Marine is seeking a Commercial Manager to join our team. This professional will be responsible for managing the customer portfolio, monitoring orders and deadlines, and tracking the status of requests—particularly for vessels requiring fuel supply and specific services—with a focus on customer service, quality, and compliance with technical specifications. Responsibilities: * Provide direct customer service, ensuring support for initial inquiries and demands, and delivering a high level of satisfaction in service delivery. * Collect customer feedback and information to identify needs and relay insights to the commercial and operational teams. * Participate in commercial meetings, monitoring progress toward targets and fostering integration within the sales team. * Support updating customer and transaction information in the CRM system, ensuring all records are current for relationship analysis. * Attend meetings and training sessions to develop knowledge of the company’s product and service portfolio, as well as industry-specific practices in the ship chandler sector. Qualifications: * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Logistics, or related fields. * Knowledge of customer service and customer relationship management practices. * Strong communication, organizational, and customer-focused skills. * Experience in commercial relationship support or customer service. Desirable: * Familiarity with the onshore/offshore segment, with emphasis on domestic and international sales. * Knowledge of vessels. * Understanding of customer types and portfolios.
