Job Summary: Professional responsible for registering water meter readings, delivering bills, investigating registration changes, performing disconnections, and mapping new customers. Perform simple disconnections and map new customers Grupo Seres, in partnership with a sanitation sector company, is seeking professionals to work as Commercial Agent \- Meter Reader. Responsibilities: Register water meter readings corresponding to customers' monthly water consumption; print, verify, and deliver respective bills, notices, and invoices to users according to predetermined route addresses; Issue and deliver bills, informational letters, and other documents to customers; Investigate and record customer registration changes, irregularities, and visible leaks to ensure accurate billing for services provided by the Company; Perform simple disconnections; Identify and map potential new customers to enable new registrations; Record and report any non-conformities to the reading supervisor, ensuring service quality. Requirements: Completed high school education; Must be available for field work and possess strong communication skills. Valid Class B driver's license. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
