




Job Summary: Junior Accommodation Attendant who greets and assists guests, performs check-in/check-out, resolves issues, and collaborates with the team. Key Highlights: 1. Greet and assist guests cordially and efficiently. 2. Process reservations, check-in/check-out, and resolve guest issues. 3. Collaborate with the accommodation team and maintain an organized environment. Position Title: Junior Accommodation Attendant Key Responsibilities: \- Greet and assist guests politely and cordially, providing information about services and accommodations. \- Perform guest check-in and check-out, process reservations, issue invoices, and collect payments. \- Resolve any guest problems or complaints promptly and efficiently. \- Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness, ensuring facility appearance and upkeep. \- Assist with guest luggage and baggage handling when necessary. \- Collaborate with the accommodation team on other relevant duties. Required Qualifications: \- Completed high school education. \- Prior customer service experience, preferably in hospitality. \- Strong communication skills, courtesy, and friendliness when interacting with guests. \- Problem-solving ability and effective service delivery. \- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems and Microsoft Office suite. \- Availability to work on a rotating 24-hour schedule, including weekends and holidays. Preferred Qualifications: \- Technical or higher education in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields. \- Language proficiency, especially English. \- Previous experience serving international customers.
