Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and operational Designer to develop creative materials, strengthen the visual identity of campaigns, and support communication for projects, events, and marketing initiatives. Creation of physical and digital assets for various platforms We are seeking a Designer to strategically and operationally develop creative materials, ensuring visual consistency and quality in deliverables for properties managed by Caucaia Malls. This professional will be responsible for strengthening the visual identity of campaigns and supporting communication for projects, events, and marketing initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** · Develop and maintain the visual identity of assets and campaigns; · Develop physical and digital assets for campaigns and mall communications; · Create content for social media, online media, and digital channels; · Develop offline communication assets (banners, totems, stickers, etc.); · Produce motion content and edit videos for campaigns and events. **Desired Profile:** · Creativity with strategic vision and refined aesthetic sense; · Organization and attention to detail; · Proactivity and execution capability; · Strong communication skills and ability to interpret briefs; · Ability to handle multiple concurrent demands. **Requirements:** · Degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or related fields; · Prior experience in both digital and offline design; · Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite and similar); · Basic knowledge of video editing and motion design. **Preferred Qualifications:** · Experience in retail or shopping centers; · Experience with promotional campaigns; · Knowledge of branding and visual identity development; **Additional Information:** · Transportation allowance; · Meal/food allowance; · On-site work model: Plaza Rio das Ostras Shopping Center; · Contract type: PJ (individual contractor).
