No matter who you are, where you come from, or whom you love, you can always influence those around you and make a positive impact on the world. **Learn more about PepsiCo:** PepsiCoJobs Responsibilities: **The Opportunity** Responsible for maintenance and support of production lines — process and packaging — by performing preventive and corrective interventions on low- and high-voltage equipment to ensure optimal equipment condition and continuous improvement of line efficiency, guaranteeing maximum productive uptime for the lines while consistently meeting final product quality requirements. Comply fully with all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards, programs, and guidelines, including proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and comply fully with all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards. **Your Impact** * Troubleshoot electrical and/or mechanical issues; * Perform maintenance on electrical panels and/or motors; * Knowledge of frequency inverters; * Execute preventive and corrective maintenance; * Guide maintenance operators in carrying out maintenance tasks so that operators complete 70% of work orders; * Develop and deliver training sessions for operators; * Identify and discuss with production managers deviations from the maintenance process model; * Carry out assigned preventive maintenance activities and prepare verification and activity control reports; request support from maintenance engineering when necessary; * Perform corrective mechanical maintenance on food production process machinery and equipment, executing assembly and replacement of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic parts and components, based on drawings, manuals, and technical catalogs, to locate and correct faults, using tools, equipment, and general measurement instruments; * Accurately complete administrative documentation on the day tasks are performed; * Participate in daily meetings to report encountered problems and develop action plans to prevent recurrence; * Lead and participate in pre-preventive meetings; * Adjust setup to ensure optimal performance according to production process requirements; * Read and interpret drawings, manuals, and technical catalogs to understand machine operation, facilitating fault identification and identification of required replacement parts; * Advise/train production operators on best operational and cleaning practices to preserve equipment and maximize efficiency; * Report possible equipment failure symptoms; * Propose and implement improvements on production lines, especially those for which you serve as “mentor”; * Notify production and maintenance managers of breakdowns lasting longer than two hours; * Use all PPE recommended for the area and ensure compliance with the established SASS Policy; * Ensure compliance with food quality and safety policies.
