Supervise goods receipt, verification, storage, picking, and dispatch processes. Ensure physical and system inventory accuracy. Monitor and report area performance indicators (KPIs) to management. Define operational priorities, optimizing warehouse layout and resources. Validate departmental expenses and costs, ensuring budget adherence. Support internal and external audits (tax, AEO, ISO, QHSE). Implement and monitor continuous improvement plans (5S, Kaizen, Lean). Develop and train the team, promoting safety and quality best practices. Serve as the main contact point for clients, suppliers, and carriers on strategic matters. Responsible for warehouse cost management (labor, storage, inventories, and material handling). Directly impacts reduction of losses, damages, and stock discrepancies. Significantly influences satisfaction of internal and external customers, directly affecting the company’s financial and reputational results. Autonomy: Very high, with autonomy for strategic and operational decisions within the warehouse, reporting directly to management. Requirements: Academic Qualification: Completed undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields (postgraduate qualification preferred). Technical Knowledge: Inventory and stock management, WMS and ERP systems (Systray), advanced Microsoft Office suite, applicable tax/customs legislation, best practices in warehousing and cargo handling, occupational health and safety standards. Skills: Leadership and team management, planning, decision-making, strong communication, negotiation, results orientation, and ability to solve complex problems. Languages: Intermediate/advanced English and Spanish preferred.
