




The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling all activities related to the company’s supply chain. This professional operates strategically, seeking to optimize processes, reduce costs, and ensure operational efficiency. Additionally, they are responsible for leading teams, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring the quality of products and services delivered to customers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure that all procurement, receiving, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution flows are aligned and integrated; * Ensure full traceability of materials, tools, and supplies used in onshore/offshore projects and operations; * Monitor supply chain performance indicators (KPIs), inventory accuracy, procurement lead times, internal customer service levels, and cost savings; * Lead and develop logistics, warehouse, inventory, procurement, and technology functions; * Negotiate high-impact strategic contracts (services, steel, valves, fittings, PPE, equipment); * Ensure operational and financial efficiency in logistics through transportation utilization planning and labor utilization rates; * Develop and review supply chain procedures, work instructions, and forms; * Support commercial proposals with cost estimates, supply lead times, and supply chain strategic analyses; * Align demand, timelines, and availability with welding, assembly, spool fabrication, and offshore activities. **Requirements:** * Solid experience in supply chain management, logistics, and procurement within industrial, metal-mechanical, or oil & gas environments; * Experience with manufacturing models, offshore maintenance, structural steel, and spools; * Experience implementing or managing ERP systems (e.g., SAP); * Inventory management, stocktaking, MRP, ABC analysis, and inventory accuracy; * Interpretation of NCM, ICMS-ST, CFOP, and tax regulations (a significant differentiator). * Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Advanced English
