**Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead HH to BPO Transition: Develop and execute the detailed migration roadmap, including process mapping (As\-Is and To\-Be), definition of SLAs and KPIs; * Workflow Optimization: Structure potential best practices for BPO in the project (receiving, warehousing, inventory, shipping and asset management); * Contractual Performance Management: Monitor and report KPIs and SLAs, ensuring adherence to BPO scope. Identify and capitalize on upselling or cross\-selling opportunities; * Digitalization and Automation: Assess potential technological solutions (WMS, ERP, IoT) for automation of logistics processes, transforming labor-based operations (HH) into process management services (BPO); * Team Development: Ensure operational team training and mindset shift towards BPO mentality, focused on processes and service delivery excellence. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Higher Education or Technical Degree: Engineering (Production, Mechanical, Logistics), Business Administration or related fields. * Knowledge in Supply Chain, Project Management or Business will be a competitive advantage. * Proven Experience in BPO: Strong experience in leadership roles implementing and managing BPO contracts in Materials Logistics or Asset Management. * Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of supply chains and logistical challenges in Oil \& Gas, including safety regulations. * Contract Management: Solid experience in managing SLAs, KPIs, Change Orders and Risk Management in long-term contracts. * Systems: Proficiency in ERPs (SAP/Oracle) and WMS.
