We are seeking a **QA Engineer** to play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and stability of our software products. This role requires a **hybrid testing profile**, with the ability to design and execute **automated testing processes** while also performing **manual testing when needed**. You will be responsible for validating new features, preventing regressions, and supporting the team in delivering high\-quality releases. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and close collaboration with engineering and product teams in a remote\-first environment. ### **What you’ll do** * Design, develop, and maintain **automated test processes** for web applications * Execute **manual tests** when automation is not applicable or during exploratory testing * Create, review, and maintain **test cases, test scenarios, and automated test scripts** * Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring proper follow\-up until resolution * Perform **regression, exploratory, and functional testing** across new and existing features * Collaborate closely with **developers and product managers** throughout the development lifecycle * Contribute to the continuous improvement of **QA processes, documentation, and best practices** **Requirements** * Proven experience as a **QA Engineer / Software Tester** * Hands\-on experience with **test automation** (Cypress, Selenium, Playwright or similar) * Strong knowledge of **manual testing methodologies** and best practices * Experience creating, executing and maintaining **test cases** * Familiarity with **bug tracking tools** (Jira or similar) * Experience testing **web applications** * Experience with **API testing** (Postman, REST clients) * Basic understanding of **CI/CD pipelines** * Experience working in **Agile / Scrum environments** * Ability to **switch between automated and manual testing** as needed * Comfortable working in a **remote\-first environment** * **Professional working proficiency in English** **Benefits** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance Meal and food vouchers Private Pension Plan Transportation Allowance TotalPass (Wellness \& Gym Membership Program)
