Job Summary: Act as a bridge between technical expertise and business, analyzing, developing, and implementing industrial solutions in the MRO segment to enhance customers' operational efficiency. Consultative and technical support to customers and teams **Mission** Act as a bridge between technical expertise and business, analyzing, developing, and implementing industrial solutions in the MRO segment, directly contributing to increased customer operational efficiency and business value generation. **Responsibilities** * Analyze technical requirements and propose accurate solutions for maintenance, repair, and operations * Develop and validate applications of industrial products * Support the sales team with technical specifications and consultative engagement * Conduct technical visits and monitor product performance in the field * Lead testing and qualification activities with manufacturers * Prepare technical reports and expert opinions * Deliver technical training to customers and internal teams * Identify opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and productivity gains * Support technical portfolio development * Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements * Update CRM and track opportunities **Requirements** * Completed High School education * Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or related fields * Experience in technical or consultative sales and MRO product development * Knowledge of products and solutions for industrial maintenance (MRO), with focus on Onshore and Offshore environments * Familiarity with applicable safety standards and regulations * Driver's License Category B * Advanced English proficiency is considered an advantage * Must reside in Macaé, RJ. **Benefits** * Meal Allowance * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Totalpass * Birthday Day Off * Company vehicle provided for professional activities This position is 100% on-site, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
