Job Summary: The Logistics Analyst will ensure efficiency, organization, and agility in logistics operations by planning shipments, coordinating deliveries, and monitoring dispatches. At AMSOUZA, the Logistics Analyst is responsible for ensuring that logistics operations run efficiently, organizedly, and agilely—planning shipments, coordinating deliveries, and monitoring dispatches to guarantee that orders reach their destinations on time and with quality. This includes managing transportation, controlling fleets, handling logistics documentation, supporting physical inventory counts, and contributing to seamless operations among warehouses, suppliers, and customers. **Responsibilities:** * Planning and designing delivery logistics * Daily load consolidation * Fleet assignment for deliveries * Delivery scheduling * Monitoring delivery deadlines * Quoting third-party transportation providers * Pickup scheduling * Control of signed delivery receipts * Control of rejected invoices * Fleet management * Order tracking during dispatch * Supporting physical inventory counts related to warehouse operations * Handling logistics incidents **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed high school education * Experience in the logistics field * Knowledge of route management * Knowledge of load consolidation * Residency in Macaé, RJ **Preferred Qualification** * Experience in distribution logistics operations is a plus **Benefits** * Meal allowance * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Totalpass * Birthday day off * Transportation allowance This position is 100% on-site in Macaé, RJ.
