We are looking for a **Completion Equipment Operator II** to join our team in **Macaé**. **Summary of Responsibilities**: * Pre-plan procedures for operations with completion tools. * Monitor and report all prior and subsequent completion operations at locations. * Assemble and install completion equipment and systems in offshore or onshore oil and gas wells for clients. * Perform installation of Single, Multi Zone gravel pack, Open Hole gravel pack and Frac Pack completions. * Install stand-alone completion systems in offshore wells, well safety systems, and upper completions in deepwater and offshore environments. * Record and document all Superior Energy Services and client completion operations for traceability of installed equipment through field operation documents. * Manage logistics and layout for equipment loading and unloading. * Maintain operation invoice records and logistics records: Load out. * Accurately complete and deliver post-job QA/QC documentation. * Participate in all relevant pre-mob and WOP meetings with clients and remain updated on upcoming completion operations. * Make decisions within the organization's hierarchy and during operations. * Complete and accurately maintain required reports/records promptly and legibly, in accordance with applicable procedures and/or work orders. * Occasionally operate lifting equipment (forklift and/or overhead crane). * Provide onshore maintenance for equipment during work module assembly according to well design. * Contribute to building a positive team spirit through active participation in teams, working groups, and inter-company and client operational groups. * Guide and supervise Completion Equipment Operator Trainees and Completion Operator I. **Key Qualifications:** * Technical degree in Petroleum and Gas, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electrical Technology, Industrial Technician or related fields. **Key Requirements:** * Ability to identify and solve problems. * Strong verbal and written communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. * Capable of creating innovative approaches to address challenging opportunities. * Ability to handle frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events. * Initiative, adaptability, ethics, interpersonal skills, teamwork ability, emotional intelligence, and positive attitude. * CFT - Federal Council of Industrial Technicians * Must reside in Macaé or nearby areas. **Competitive salary and benefits package aligned with market standards.** **This opportunity is also available to people with disabilities (PCD’s).**
