At LM 2 Rodas, we work with enthusiasm, inspiring passion for being and belonging—because here, everyone is essential and can make a difference. **Job Responsibilities** * Ensure legal compliance and adherence to labor laws and OHS regulations. * Manage HRD routines: hiring, payroll, vacations, benefits, and employee offboarding. * Maintain mandatory documents, technical reports, personal protective equipment (PPE), and occupational medical examinations. * Monitor training programs, inspections, audits, and ancillary obligations. * Provide support to business units, employees, and internal processes. * Implement continuous improvements in HRD and OHS processes. **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields. * Proven experience in generalist HRD roles, including Occupational Medicine and Safety routines. * Technical knowledge of Labor Law, Social Security Legislation, and Occupational Medicine and Safety regulations. * Experience with eSocial. * Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. **Desirable Skills** * Analytical ability and capacity to interpret complex information. * High level of organization and planning. * Adaptability and ease in managing change. * Ability to identify problems and propose effective solutions. * Attention to detail and accuracy in conducting audits. * Time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
