You will focus on four core areas: safety, quality, customer experience, and your department’s productivity. Key Responsibilities: * Analyze workload forecasts and determine daily productivity requirements to achieve the facility’s overall goals * Partner with other Area Managers to balance workforce allocation, ensuring balanced and efficient operations while meeting all targets * Support all safety programs and regulatory compliance initiatives to ensure a safe working environment for all associates * Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tools implementation Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or higher * Experience managing teams * Strong analytical skills and results orientation * Knowledge of continuous improvement tools Working Conditions: * 3x2 shift schedule (3 days on, 3 days off; 2 days on, 2 days off) * 12-hour shifts (06:00–18:00 or 18:00–05:00) * Availability to work weekends * Ability to lift up to 22 kg * Willingness to walk long distances within the warehouse * Ability to stand for up to 12 hours * Adaptability to varying environmental conditions * Access to all areas of the building (including standard and ship-style ladders) This position reports to the Operations Manager or Senior Manager.**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------------ * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent * Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays * Experience in employee and performance management **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** ---------------------------- * Experience with performance metrics, process improvement, or Lean techniques; * English skills.
