Answer telephone calls, transfer calls, record messages, and convey information clearly and courteously. Register, sort, verify, and distribute documents, controlling incoming and outgoing items according to internal procedures. Complete reports, forms, and spreadsheets; draft correspondence; and collect data to support administrative functions. Update customer records to ensure information is organized and accurate. Receive, collect, and distribute internal and external correspondence, packages, parcels, and messages. Serve coffee, tea, or water to customers in the waiting area, ensuring courteous and comfortable service. Provide support and information to internal and external users, identifying the nature of requests and routing them appropriately. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education. Prior experience in reception, customer service, or administrative roles. Strong verbal and written communication skills, courtesy, and professional demeanor. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
