




Technical Sales Representative (TSR) position Note: Candidates will undergo comprehensive orientation training and receive full support regarding company standards and products before conducting general customer visits. Salary and sales commissions: Visit customers in the assigned portfolio, offer company products (professional kitchen sanitation products for industrial kitchens), conduct preventive maintenance, and provide training. Conduct prospecting visits to customers referred by the commercial department. Negotiate and prepare proposals. Develop a 360-degree perspective of the customer’s environment to identify products that can be implemented. Provide customer support and consulting services. Process sales orders from portfolio customers. Conduct follow-up visits to the company’s direct customers. Report visit progress, customer status, and prospecting activities to the commercial management team. Complete required reports. Train the customer’s operations team. Maintain and care for the company vehicle. Adhere to scheduled working hours and maintain punctuality. Minimum Education: Technical Course Desired Qualifications: * Sales, Technical Course * Administrative, Extracurricular / Vocational Training * Account Management, Extracurricular / Vocational Training Driver’s License: Class B Willingness to travel TSR, VR, Medical Insurance, Corporate Phone.
