




Responsibilities: * Make outbound calls to registered leads; * Schedule appointments according to predefined scripts and targets; * Verify and record customer information in the system; * Meet daily contact and scheduling targets. Requirements: * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to articulate arguments and overcome objections; * Proactive, organized, and goal-oriented personality; * Aptitude for working with routines and repetitive processes. Preferred Experience: * Proven experience in outbound telemarketing or sales; * Experience in appointment scheduling, call centers, or collections is a plus.
