We’re seeking a professional to support internal and external customers, ensuring excellence in optical processes—from pre-sales through post-sales. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide technical customer support to internal and external customers, especially in post-sales, delivering accurate and agile solutions; * Perform detailed analyses of optical calculations; * Verify and analyze measurements, including lens thickness and optical tolerances; * Conduct precise lensometry; * Enter orders and manage daily administrative routines, providing efficient support to the team; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes. **Required Knowledge and Qualifications:** * Completed or ongoing Technical Optics course, or proven practical experience in the optical field; * Prior experience in the optical sector, preferably in a laboratory setting; * Knowledge of optical calculations; * Experience verifying measurements, lens thickness, and optical tolerances; * Hands-on lensometry experience; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to work effectively in teams and interact across different departments; * Proactive and organized profile; * Interest in professional development within a technical and dynamic environment. Location: São Cristóvão, RJ.
