




Description: * Bachelor's degree in Environmental and Sanitary Engineering or Environmental Technology; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, intermediate-to-advanced Excel; Word and PowerPoint; * Teamwork with the SSMA and Production teams; * Daily reporting to SSMA leadership; * Proactivity and fluent communication. Desired Competencies: * Experience in the civil construction sector; * Experience in Management Systems (ISO 14001) is desirable; * Knowledge of current municipal, state, and federal environmental legislation; * Knowledge of environmental licensing; * Availability to work on projects in the region; * Ensure full compliance with all applicable legal requirements for the company’s processes, generating evidence to demonstrate their implementation; * Provide support for the proper functioning of the SSMA Management System by implementing all operational and management tools comprising it, specifically regarding Environmental requirements; * Develop sustainability initiatives at construction sites; * Conduct environmental monitoring at construction sites, including waste, effluents, ambient noise, black smoke measurement, water, and energy; * Ensure delivery of training and environmental awareness campaigns for employees; * Monthly completion of environmental compliance checklists for MRV projects; * Assist the Environmental Analyst in licensing processes.
