Adjust and extend frames, platforms, and other components to accommodate evolving work tasks; disassemble platform modules, handrails, and other accessories, adhering to company standards and guidelines. Assess and prepare surfaces for painting. Identify, calculate, prepare, apply, and retouch paint on surfaces. Dry surfaces and repair painting equipment, following company standards and guidelines. **Requirements and Qualifications** . Minimum 2 years of experience in scaffolding assembly and industrial painting preferred. . Certification in Scaffolding Assembly and Disassembly (40 hours); . Industrial Painting Certification (issued by ABRACO, SENAI, PROMINP, or CEBRAPI); . Knowledge of paints and application techniques; .
