Forward product/service requests, negotiate pricing, deadlines, and scheduling with technical staff and departments responsible for customer service. Address customer needs through the FIERGS/CIERGS System network—either via its own infrastructure or third-party providers. Advise customers on legislation and its application within their field of activity. Collect, organize, maintain, update, handle, and archive information, adhering to predefined processes and routines.
