





**Mission** The Supervisor will serve as representative in the city of Macaé, acting as the focal point for programs and projects with partners, communities, and other local stakeholders. They will be responsible for ensuring implementation quality, technical follow-up, and coordination among interested parties. Additionally, they must report relevant information to management, ensuring strategic alignment, continuous monitoring, and achievement of expected results. **Main Responsibilities** * Act as institutional representative in the municipality and surrounding areas, promoting the organization's mission and values; * Coordinate and maintain institutional relationships with public managers, social organizations, partners, communities, and other stakeholders involved in the project; * Monitor activity execution, ensuring technical and methodological quality of actions; * Conduct technical visits and systematic monitoring, ensuring correct process implementation; * Produce reports, analyses, and provide accountability for activities; * Identify risks and challenges, and propose solutions to strengthen program and project implementation; * Promote alignment and integration among the local team, strengthening communication, integration, and collaboration; * Support the organization of events, meetings, and community mobilization activities related to programs and projects implemented in the municipality of Macaé and surrounding areas. Requirements Educational Background: * Completed undergraduate degree in fields such as Administration, Project Management, Social Sciences, Education, Social Work, or related areas. Desired Experience: * Experience in managing social, community, or educational projects; * Experience engaging diverse audiences (managers, communities, public agencies, social organizations); * Prior experience in supervisory or team coordination roles will be considered an advantage. Technical Knowledge: * Social project management and indicator monitoring; * Community mediation and engagement; * Report writing and information systematization; * Knowledge of local and regional public policies will be considered an advantage.
