Plans and performs necessary calculations for well-site job execution as required. May coordinate service operator activities during equipment assembly and disassembly on-site, as well as equipment preparation for service delivery. Ensures customer satisfaction with performed work. Responsible for material inventory management when serving as Halliburton’s sole service provider at the well. When required, may collect and distribute data during operations. Uses competency development processes to enhance job-related skills and performance. Responsible for ensuring field documentation is completed accurately. When performed correctly, job tasks indirectly impact cost containment, operational efficiency, and profitability. **Qualifications** ------------------ * Completed technical education in mechanical, electronic, or related fields. * Valid CFT (Certificado de Frente de Trabalho). * 2+ years of experience as a coiled tubing supervisor. * Local contract for Macaé. Skills are typically acquired by meeting Halliburton’s Career Development (Competency) requirements for this role. A valid offshore medical certificate is required per regulatory requirements. Completion of high school or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience in Coiled Tubing (CT) Services, including specific hands-on experience with CT tools and field applications. Must possess excellent line-of-service skills and a general understanding of other service functions. Must have knowledge of HMS (Halliburton Management System), HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards, work methods, and CT personnel guidelines. Promotes safety and environmental awareness. Actively promotes and participates in quality improvement processes.
