In all these sectors, we deliver efficient, customized solutions grounded in long-term commitment to both public and private enterprises. **Join us! \#VemSerActemium \#VenhaTrabalharConosco** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Guide and supervise personnel involved in blasting and painting of components to ensure adherence to quality standards defined by applicable norms; * Monitor painting activities during surface preparation, application, and after completion—measuring and controlling quality based on parameters established in relevant painting execution and inspection standards and instructions, thereby ensuring service conformity; * Inspect blasted surfaces and issue the corresponding quality certificate for this phase, authorizing continuation or suspension of the painting process; * Inspect painted surfaces and issue the corresponding quality certificate for this phase, authorizing continuation or suspension of the painting process; * Perform required tests to meet project technical specifications and issue certificates for: weather conditions and ambient temperature of treatment areas, substrate roughness measurement, salinity testing, wet and dry paint film thickness per coat, adhesion testing; * Issue painting inspection and material receipt reports: paint, solvents, and abrasives upon goods receipt, to ensure quality of materials used; * Organize generated documents and databases, ensuring their accuracy, and archive them to maintain coherent and accessible information; * Issue a painting service completion certificate for company and contractor awareness and control; * Support management on matters related to the area of responsibility, presenting and discussing issues and irregularities to assist in defining procedures and actions to be taken; * Report and alert to critical or imminent hazardous situations within the area of responsibility to enable immediate corrective action, prevent accidents, and protect company assets; * Perform duties also via rope access/industrial climbing. **Requirements and Qualifications** * High school diploma preferred; * Minimum one year of experience in the role preferred; * SNQC/CP certification preferred, per NRB 15218; * Knowledge of painting and blasting inspection; * Knowledge of the full painting process—from surface preparation to final inspection; * Ability to interpret technical painting standards; * ABRAÇO Level N1 Painting Inspection Course; * ABEND or IRATA certification; * NR34 – Working Conditions and Environment in the Shipbuilding, Repair, and Dismantling Industry; * NR35 – Work at Heights. **Additional Information** * Meal allowance; * Life insurance; * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Totalpass; * Action plan; * Annual PLR.
