We are seeking a professional to manage a Business Unit, implementing and executing area-specific processes. You will be responsible for ensuring production, quality, safety, organization, and excellence in service delivery for the **OFFSHORE SERVICE.**
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Supervise the process and completion of all services within your unit, ensuring excellence in customer service while fully complying with contractual obligations;
* Analyze and monitor all qualitative and quantitative performance results within your scope to optimize unit operations, including developing action plans, formulating strategies, and creating or innovating initiatives that enhance unit performance and customer service;
* Be responsible for planning and annually developing your unit’s budget, ensuring it is achieved—and even exceeded—throughout the year;
* Manage your team by applying HR processes and policies, including recruitment, onboarding, and task direction; establish clear communication and deliver technical, behavioral, and health-and-safety training; ensure an engaged, up-to-date, and productive team;
* Work in a large-scale operation within the Offshore/Hospitality segment with variable POB (Personnel On Board).
**Key Requirements:**
* Academic qualification: completed undergraduate degree in Nutrition, with active CRN 4 registration;
* Prior experience in Offshore Units, Food and Nutrition Units (UAN), and similar settings;
* Proven experience in leadership and team management, cost management, offshore inventory planning, and procurement;
* Valid certifications: Basic Platform Safety Certificate (CBSP) and Tropical Water Submerged Helicopter Escape Training (T-HUET);
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, integrated systems, and knowledge of Food-related Resolutions and Regulations.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Advanced English proficiency for client interaction, meeting facilitation, menu development, etc.

* 14-on/14-off rotation.
