




Job Summary: Manage offshore operations, ensure compliance with the construction plan and safety requirements, and lead teams to achieve quality and efficiency targets. Key Highlights: 1. Promoting a Zero Harm culture Ensure adherence to the Construction Execution Plan and approved procedures; Supervise critical operations (lifting, rigging, mooring, hook\-up, tie\-ins, etc.); Ensure compliance with technical tolerances, quality criteria, and contractual requirements; Lead Construction, Field Engineering, Lifting, Rigging, Marine, and Subcontractor teams; Conduct daily operational meetings (toolbox talks, SIMOPS, planning alignment); Ensure strict implementation of HSE and Process Safety policies; Promote a “Zero Harm” culture; Minimize NPT (Non\-Productive Time) and exposure to failures; Ensure equipment availability and proper usage; Report daily status to the Installation Project Manager and client.
