Job Summary: An SMS professional responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, investigating incidents, implementing occupational health and safety measures, and conducting training and operational controls. Key Highlights: 1. Direct involvement with operations and clients to ensure regulatory compliance. 2. Accident investigation and development of action plans. 3. Participation in meetings with clients and teams for SMS alignment. Daily interaction with operations to ensure compliance with and control of regulatory and procedural requirements (both internal and client-specific), supported by documented evidence. Prepare SMS alerts containing guidance on safety, environment, and health. Conduct accident and incident investigations, preparing control and root cause analysis reports along with action plans and follow-up activities according to defined response timelines. Participate in meetings with clients to plan corrective actions for onshore deviations. Prepare presentations and reports detailing deviation resolutions and implemented SMS best practices. Conduct meetings with operational teams for SMS guidance and alignment; deliver theoretical and practical training aligned with regulatory requirements; implement and manage the Internal Accident Prevention Commission for Offshore Platforms (CIPLAT), including participation in planning meetings and maintaining oversight of work plan activity execution. Perform and maintain machine and equipment checklists. Manage and implement actions related to the Risk Assessment Program (PGR), Occupational Health Monitoring Program (PCMSO), Ergonomic Risk Assessment Program (PPR), Environmental Control Program (PCA), and Technical Reports (Laudos). Occasional boarding of fixed, semi-submersible, and submersible offshore units. * Technical Course in Occupational Safety. * Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE) registration. * Minimum 2 years of experience in SMS management and offshore operations preferred.
