




Description: WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE: * Completed elementary school education; * Knowledge of maintenance, assembly, and disassembly will be considered a plus; * Availability to work in shifts and on a 5x1 schedule. * Reside in Barretos/SP, Colômbia/SP, or Planura/MG. YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Scaffolding assembly/disassembly: * Assemble, install, and adjust scaffolding systems according to project specifications and specific instructions. * Ensure scaffolding is assembled in compliance with safety standards and technical specifications. * Perform scaffolding disassembly safely, adhering to established procedures. * Guarantee all scaffolding components are properly disassembled and stored for reuse. * Inspection and verification: * Inspect scaffolding before and after assembly, verifying the safety and stability of all elements. * Identify any faults or issues with scaffolding and immediately report them to supervisors. * Workplace safety: * Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for performing tasks. * Strictly comply with occupational safety regulations and operational procedures. * Organization and storage: * Organize tools, materials, and scaffolding components efficiently and safely. * Maintain and preserve the durability of equipment used for assembly and disassembly. * Team collaboration: * Work jointly with professionals from various service areas and other assemblers. * Follow leadership guidance and instructions, ensuring task execution efficiency. * Documentation and reporting: * Record and report any incidents or issues occurring during task execution. * Maintain records of inspections and authorizations performed on scaffolding. 251229020249519500
