Join us! \#VemSerActemium \#VenhaTrabalharConosco * Coordinate, control, and manage activities under your responsibility through effective scheduling, process analysis, quality control, and leadership, aiming to achieve expected outcomes in cost, schedule, productivity, and quality, while adhering to safety and environmental objectives. * Arrange necessary resources for your team’s activities with both the Company and the client; * Attend site meetings to report progress against planned and actual work; * Enforce procedures, ensuring adherence to production schedules and compliance with process, quality, and production parameters; * Guarantee use of personal and collective protective equipment and comply with fundamental safety, health, environmental, and quality rules; * Guide the team on production, safety, environmental, and quality activities; * Contribute to problem-solving and improvements within your area, ensuring uninterrupted production/process as planned; * Analyze site plans, drawings, schematics, specifications, and other information to schedule installation workflows; * Identify and request necessary resources for your team’s activities; * Assign teams to work fronts based on required tasks; * Ensure team guidance regarding aspects of upcoming activities: procedures, risks, environment, among others. * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Experience in people and process management; * Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field (preferred); * Technical or higher education in the relevant field (preferred).
