Join our family! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute SQL Server operational routines: backups, verifications, jobs, and alert monitoring; * Perform SQL queries to support incident resolution, data validation, and reconciliation; * Provide technical system maintenance support (including ERP) at the database layer: queries, views, and basic troubleshooting assistance; * Support Web Development requests: data extractions, simple corrections, and low-complexity integration support; * Record and maintain documentation (routines, access credentials, database inventory, and procedures); * Support BI/Data Lake initiatives with operational checks (volume, completeness, and basic consistency) and reporting of inconsistencies. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory**: * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science/Systems Information or Engineering-related fields; * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in SQL Server operational routines, data/report support, and system support; * Knowledge of SQL Server fundamentals: objects (tables/views), jobs, and backup concepts; * Knowledge of basic SQL: SELECT, simple JOIN, WHERE, GROUP BY; * Familiarity with environments (dev/homolog/prod) and technical documentation; * Basic knowledge of system maintenance (including ERP) at the data layer; * Familiarity with BI/Data Lake (operational support). **Desirable**: * Courses in SQL and database fundamentals; **Additional Information** **Work Conditions**: * Work location: Rio das Ostras \- RJ; * Employment type: Onshore; * Work modality: 100% on-site; * Working hours: 44 hours per week — from 07:30 AM to 5:18 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break, Monday through Friday. **Benefits**: * Chartered transportation; * Meal allowance or food voucher; * Health insurance plan extendable to legal dependents; * Dental insurance plan extendable to legal dependents; * Life insurance; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * English language course.
