Job Summary: Handle accounts payable routines, tax bookkeeping, and invoice issuance, supporting administrative, tax, and financial activities. Key Highlights: 1. Prior experience in finance and/or tax area desirable 2. Knowledge of invoice issuance and tax routines 3. Support for other administrative, tax, and financial activities Position open to residents of the Rio de Janeiro region. **Main Responsibilities:** Handle accounts payable routines, including payment control, verification, and scheduling;Calculate taxes (ICMS, ISS, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, and CSLL);Perform tax bookkeeping;Issue service and sales invoices;Issue simple consignment invoices, import invoices, and interstate simple consignment invoices;Issue and manage rental receipts;Handle fiscal receipt of purchase orders;Manage tax processes related to materials held by third parties;Support and execute tax routines jointly with accounting and controller departments, ensuring compliance with current legislation;Organize and maintain updated tax and financial documents;Provide support for other administrative activities within the tax and finance departments. **Requirements:** Technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields;Prior experience in finance and/or tax areas;Knowledge of invoice issuance and tax routines;Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus;Organization, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility. **Benefits:** Market-competitive salary Transportation allowance Meal allowance Food allowance Health insurance Dental insurance Life insurance Well-being package (Total Pass \+ Clude) **About the company:** Subsea Drilling is a Brazilian company formed by a team with extensive experience in the oil and gas market, aiming to provide services for well operations with safety, reliability, and high operational efficiency.
