Job Summary:
This Young Apprentice program offers the opportunity to support production and maintenance operations, participate in safety activities and training sessions, and develop skills in the mining industry.

**ACTIVITIES AND/OR RESPONSIBILITIES**
Support production control (e.g., scale verification, completion of simple reports); Assist in collecting aggregate samples for quality testing; Conduct cleaning inspection rounds in crushing areas and conveyor belt zones; Accompany safety inspections and report deviations; Provide basic support to the maintenance team (e.g., tool sorting, parts organization); Participate in Daily Safety Talks (DDS), training sessions, and SENAI course activities;
**PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS**
Currently enrolled in or completed high school; Enrollment in the SENAI Young Apprentice Program (provided by the company); All SENAI courses accepted; Basic mathematics and basic computer skills (Word/Excel); No prior experience required.
**PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS**
Ages 18 to 23; Residents of Macaé and neighboring districts.
**WORK HOURS, DAYS OF THE WEEK, AND BREAKS**
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM (at company) + 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM (SENAI course), with a 2-hour lunch break between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM (Shift order may alternate depending on the course schedule).
**COMPENSATION**
Fixed salary: R$ 1.518 + benefits;
