Job Summary: This Young Apprentice program offers an opportunity to support production, quality, safety, and maintenance operations while actively participating in training and continuous development at a quarry. Key Highlights: 1. Support in production, quality, and safety control. 2. Participation in training programs and technical skill development. 3. No prior experience required. **ACTIVITIES and/or RESPONSIBILITIES** Support production control (e.g., scale verification, completion of simple reports); Assist in collecting aggregate samples for quality testing; Conduct routine inspections to verify cleanliness in crushing areas and conveyor belts; Accompany safety inspections and report deviations; Provide basic support to the maintenance team (e.g., tool sorting, parts organization); Participate in Daily Safety Talks (DDS), training sessions, and SENAI course activities; **PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS** Currently enrolled in or having completed high school; Enrollment in the SENAI Young Apprentice Program (provided by the company); All SENAI courses accepted; Basic mathematics and basic computer skills (Word/Excel); No experience required. **PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS** Ages 18 to 23; Residents of Macaé and neighboring districts. **WORK HOURS, DAYS OF THE WEEK, AND BREAKS** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM (company) + 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM (SENAI course), with a 2-hour lunch break between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM (Shift order may vary according to the course schedule). **COMPENSATION** ;Fixed salary: R$ 1.518 + benefits ; **BENEFITS** Transportation allowance; Meal voucher or on-site cafeteria; Life insurance; Full personal protective equipment (PPE); Opportunity for permanent employment after program completion; Nationwide health plan. **About the Company:** Pedreira Imboassica is part of a solid group with over 25 years of operation in Macaé, supplying crushed stone and aggregates for major regional construction projects.
