Monitoring of KPIs and support to project boards. **Planning Technician (Onshore)** Vertical Group seeks a professional to work as a Planning Technician, focusing on the scope definition of painting services. This professional will be responsible for technical planning of activities, scope definition, and support to operational teams, ensuring organization, efficiency, and alignment with project requirements. Main Responsibilities: * Define scope for painting services; * Support operational activity planning; * Develop technical scopes for service execution; * Support definition of required materials and resources; * Contribute to organizing and tracking requirements; * Monitor KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement in operational processes; * Manage planning KPIs and consolidate operation plans; * Propose contractual adjustments when deadlines are not met; * Provide support to the company's project board; * Prepare histograms and plan teams according to project needs; * Support the operational department in developing ongoing or future projects; * Comply with HSE standards and procedures defined by the company and applicable legislation; * Correctly use PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE) where mandatory; * Immediately report risk situations, accidents, or near-misses to supervisors and the HSE department; * Attend mandatory safety, health, and environmental training sessions; * Maintain order and cleanliness at the workplace; * Collaborate in accident and occupational disease prevention initiatives; * Contribute to environmental preservation, including proper waste segregation and rational use of natural resources.
