Job Summary: We are seeking an operational Occupational Safety Technician to work on-site, strengthening the prevention culture in manufacturing and assembly processes. Key Highlights: 1. Commitment to safety and accident prevention We seek an Occupational Safety Technician with a highly operational profile, who works closely with field teams and maintains an active presence on-site, directly contributing to activity safety and reinforcing the prevention culture. Directly monitoring operational activities related to the manufacturing and assembly of pipelines and metal structures. Main Responsibilities: * Direct involvement in the operational area, monitoring work fronts; * Conducting DDS (Daily Safety Dialogues) with teams; * Guiding employees on safety best practices and regulations; * Supporting PPE receipt, verifying CA (Certificate of Approval); * Performing periodic inspections of PPEs and operational areas; * Monitoring welding, boiler-making, and painting activities; * Preventive action to ensure compliance with safety regulations; * Direct interaction with employees, promoting clear communication and good interpersonal relationships.
