Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing routine cleaning and organization tasks across departments, ensuring standardization and safety, and contributing to uninterrupted service delivery. Key Highlights: 1. Performing concurrent and terminal cleaning in accordance with established routines and procedures. 2. Organizing and restocking materials to ensure environmental preservation. 3. Correct use of PPEs and proper dilution of chemical products in compliance with regulations. ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Perform concurrent cleaning in departments according to the daily routine and established procedures, ensuring appropriate maintenance of organization and cleanliness under the contract; Perform bed linen replacement and terminal cleaning in departments according to the scheduled routine and timeline, following established standards, to ensure appropriate maintenance of organization and cleanliness under the contract; Conduct departmental inspections and, when necessary, replenish dispensers and supplies to ensure environmental preservation and continuous floor-level stocking; Remove waste from departments and rooms in accordance with established protocols, delivering\-them to temporary waste collection areas; Record concurrent/terminal cleaning times in the RAD (Daily Activity Report), entering start and end times along with supplementary information (when required) to track completed activities; Ensure correct use of uniforms and PPEs, personal hygiene, and proper handling of materials and products, in compliance with company standards, hygiene requirements, supervision by the immediate supervisor, and safety regulations; Organize the DML (clean material storage area) and cleaning supplies, functional carts and/or utility bins, in accordance with established standards; Hand over organized materials (functional cart and utility bin) and the DML to the next shift worker, following the protocol outlined in the POP (Standard Operating Procedure), to ensure continuity of service quality; Dilute cleaning chemical products correctly, adhering to occupational safety recommendations as well as manufacturer guidelines, SDSs (Safety Data Sheets), and applied training. Follow pre-established schedules—daily, weekly, and monthly; Perform related duties within the scope of one’s competencies, as directed by the immediate supervisor. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** MINIMUM EDUCATION: Incomplete Elementary School. (In the absence of documented proof of education level, the application form confirming literacy shall prevail). DESIRABLE: Completed Elementary School. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE IN FIELD: Not applicable. DESIRABLE: 6 months (In the absence of documented proof, experience recorded in the employment record book shall prevail).
