Job Summary: Negotiate and provide support to affected families, mediate conflicts, prepare reports, and ensure formalization of compensation and social mitigation plans. Key Highlights: 1. Document management and monitoring of compensation processes **Job Description:** ---------------------- Conduct negotiations with affected families, delivering individualized support to present compensation and social mitigation options, updating socioeconomic registries, and formalizing assistance plans. Perform qualified listening, psychosocial reception, and record relevant social, land tenure, and housing information. Responsible for collecting, verifying, digitizing, and organizing family documentation, as well as completing and verifying legal instruments according to established templates. Conduct technical and home visits when necessary, accompany signature procedures, notarial formalities, and disbursement of compensation/mitigation payments. Engage in conflict mediation and prevention, develop case studies for exceptional or vulnerable situations, compile family dossiers, and prepare technical reports. Present the Assisted Purchase Program to eligible families and support negotiation strategies in cases of resistance to proposals. Draft, update, and organize individual and consolidated technical reports using Microsoft Office at an intermediate level, ensuring systematic information recording, proper organization of family dossiers, and compliance with project procedures. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Education: Bachelor’s degree (Law, Social Sciences / Sociology, Social Work, Psychology, or related fields) and minimum 03 (three) years of professional experience in the respective field, having directly or indirectly participated in involuntary resettlement processes throughout one’s professional career.
