BM Vagas, in partnership with a company in the oil analysis services sector, is seeking a Human Resources Analyst in Rio das Ostras - RJ. Responsibilities * End-to-End Recruitment & Selection: Lead recruitment processes (operational and strategic), always focusing on cultural and technical fit with the company. * Leadership Partnership: Support managers in people management, strengthening performance, development, and engagement. * Development: Design onboarding programs, internal training, and monitor Individual Development Plans (IDPs). * Culture and Climate: Oversee employee experience, internal communication, and initiatives to reinforce company culture. * Metrics and Processes: Monitor HR KPIs, review HR policies, and support performance evaluation cycles. * Ensure organization and confidentiality of area-related information and documents. Requirements * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. * Knowledge of recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, and organizational climate. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, primarily for preparing reports, metrics, and executive presentations. * Familiarity with labor legislation (CLT) and best practices in people management is desirable. * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
