Ensuring personal hygiene, uniform cleanliness, and food safety This is a position at a Bob's franchise store. * Minimum age: 18 years * Preferably with completed or ongoing high school education. * Availability to work on weekends, holidays, and on a rotating shift schedule. * Basic math knowledge (fundamental operations), reading comprehension, and text interpretation; * Communication and expression skills suitable for teamwork and public interaction. Primary Responsibilities * Maintain operational excellence in production and customer service; * Maintain personal hygiene and uniform cleanliness according to quality process requirements; * Consistently comply with Food Safety regulations as stipulated by ANVISA procedures, standards, and regulations; * Prepare menu items in accordance with company standards and procedures (preparation times, shelf lives, equipment temperatures, and portion sizes), adhering to internal food handling guidelines and sanitary surveillance regulations; * Use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) appropriate for each station and/or type of cleaning.
