Negotiating work activities compatible with restrictions **OCCUPATIONAL PHYSICIAN** **Job Description:** Perform clinical examinations and analyze complementary tests and/or reports received to assess employee health and determine work capacity / fitness for the role; Conduct occupational medical examinations, including all relevant follow-up actions, such as internal and external referrals, as well as negotiation of work activities compatible with possible restrictions or limitations with management; Perform pre- and post-travel health assessments; Among other responsibilities. **Requirements:** Medical degree with diploma recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC). Specialization in Occupational Medicine, verifiable through one of the following three methods: Specialist Title awarded by the Brazilian Medical Association (AMB) – requiring RQE (Specialist Qualification Registration) with the Regional Medical Council (CRM); Certification of Medical Residency in Occupational Medicine (CNRM/MEC); Postgraduate specialization (lato sensu) in Occupational Medicine recognized by the MEC. **Minimum Education Level:** Postgraduate Degree **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday (25 hours per week) **Benefits:** National health insurance plan (Unimed) for employee and dependents, dental plan, life insurance, and more. *Apply via the Divulga Vagas portal!* Follow Divulga Vagas on Instagram: @divulgavagas.oficial
