Negotiating work activities compatible with restrictions **OCCUPATIONAL PHYSICIAN** **Job Description:** Perform clinical examinations and analyze complementary tests and/or reports received to assess employee health and determine work capacity / fitness for the role; Conduct occupational medical examinations, including all relevant follow-up actions, such as internal and external referrals, as well as negotiation of work activities compatible with possible restrictions or limitations with management; Perform pre- and post-travel health assessments; Among other responsibilities. **Requirements:** Medical degree with diploma recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC).
