




Job Summary: The Substitute Store Manager coordinates daily operations, team management, inventory control, and administrative processes to ensure the store's success and operational quality. Focus on operational quality and customer service In the absence of the store manager, the role must: Manage work schedules, shifts, rosters, rotations, breaks, etc.; influence team development, skills, growth, alignment, disciplinary actions, and any performance-related processes; prepare purchase orders, control inventory levels, manage stock levels, handle loss control, analyze daily balance sheets, verify receipts and shipments, manage transfers, perform product registration, evaluate product mix, monitor inventory turnover, and control expiration dates of received goods; ensure maintenance of the store premises and infrastructure, including all liabilities, furniture, equipment, preventive and corrective maintenance—always notifying the responsible department or immediate supervisor for approval; coordinate and guide all processes related to store opening, cleaning, receiving, stocking, inventory turnover (PVPS), customer service, order preparation, achievement of targets and objectives, execution of campaigns, sales and service coordination, cash reconciliation, control of administrative and timekeeping tasks, system data entry, order processing, customer and/or supplier merchandise exchanges/returns, sales cancellations, transfers, bank deposits, verifications, application of disciplinary sanctions, responding to company email and/or app and/or phone communications, store closing, and any other processes related to operational quality within the unit; operate the POS system and fulfill administrative routines in the absence of respective staff. On a daily basis, oversee all store operations and staff to maintain high-quality customer service and sales success.
