




Taking and serving orders (food and beverages) in the dining area, setting up tables, and cleaning after service, following established standards while remaining prepared and focused on enhancing the customer experience and executing table service; preparing drinks according to standards. Familiarity with the menu, recommending items, and verifying availability with the kitchen. Maintaining discretion, communicating effectively, and preserving formality with customers. Assisting with beverage and bar supplies inventory control. Must pay close attention to the dining area, complete meals, and beverages.
