As an IT Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that our operational and technological systems function efficiently and securely. Your main responsibilities will include technical support, software and hardware maintenance, maintenance of CCTV systems, vehicle tracking systems, and the Globus ERP system. Implementation of IT solutions and ensuring our systems remain up-to-date and compliant with security standards. You will serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues encountered by our employees and customers, delivering prompt and effective support and solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with other teams to ensure the company’s technological needs are met and projects are successfully completed. Experience in systems administration, application development, and technical support is essential. Knowledge of cybersecurity and network solutions is a plus.
