




Cumim is the most experienced and autonomous professional on the support team in a high-end hotel restaurant dining room. He is responsible for optimizing the dining room setup for service, ensuring smooth delivery of dishes, efficient replenishment of utensils, and maintaining the organization of the environment, contributing to service excellence and customer satisfaction throughout all stages of the dining experience. * + Ensure continuous and efficient restocking of tableware, cutlery, glasses, and other utensils for the dining room and kitchen. + Transport dishes from the kitchen to the dining room and dirty dishes back to the pantry, optimizing workflow and preventing bottlenecks. + Assist waiters in preparing drinks and finishing certain dishes in the dining room when necessary. + Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, corridors, and dining room pantries. + Identify and resolve minor operational issues that could affect dining room service. + Support inventory counting and control of dining room materials. + Assist in setting up tables for events and large groups. + Guide junior-level cumins on work procedures and standards.
