Job Summary: The Inventory Leader will manage inventory levels for Subsea, Offshore, and Services equipment, identifying opportunities to reduce stock and optimizing inflows and outflows in partnership with planning, project, and finance teams. We work side by side with our customers to transform energy into safer, cleaner, and more efficient solutions. **Partner with the best / Trabalhe com os melhores** As an Inventory Leader, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels across Subsea, Offshore, and Services product lines in Brazil, identifying opportunities to reduce stock and collaborating with planning, project, and finance teams to optimize inflows and outflows. **Responsibilities:** * Overall inventory management, providing visibility into quarterly figures as well as forecasts. * Monitoring and reporting on inflows, outflows, risks, and opportunities. * Reviewing Oracle exception messages and ensuring timely actions are taken to minimize impacts on inventory figures. * Monthly obsolescence calculation, monitoring this figure, and implementing actions aimed at its reduction. * Monitoring excess inventory and implementing actions aimed at its reduction. * Periodic analysis of non-conforming materials. * Identifying opportunities to sell inventory. * Monitoring key KPIs for the area and developing models to improve forecasting accuracy. * Acting as a change agent, driving initiatives focused on delivery excellence and sound materials management. * Engaging the materials planning team on MRP parameters and systemic control (Oracle ERP). * **HSE** * Comply with policies. * Participate in risk assessments. * Use PPE. * Execute required actions. * Record observations. **Quality** * Comply with policies. * Conduct mini-audits. * Support audits. * Lead improvements. **Compliance** * Act in accordance with corporate guidelines. **Fuel your passion** **Education** * Technical or university degree. **Experience** * Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in materials planning. **Skills** * Advanced/Fluent English. * Oracle ERP knowledge. * Clear communication. * Negotiation and influence. * Customer focus. * Strategy. * Materials planning. **Preferred Qualifications** * Basic financial knowledge. * Basic knowledge of project management and cost control. * CPIM certification. **Work in a way that works for you** We recognize that everyone is different and that how each professional prefers to work—and deliver their best—varies.
