




**HR Intern** Activities: * Support employee service, helping to answer questions regarding payroll, benefits, and vacations. * Update employee records in systems (Solides, Fórmula Certa, and spreadsheets). * Assist in scheduling admission, periodic, and dismissal medical examinations. * Enter medical certificates into the system. * Provide support for onboarding (hiring) and offboarding (termination) processes. * Organize employee files and folders. * Update vacation and leave controls in the system. * Assist in sending pay slips to employees. * Support the management and payment of benefits (transportation allowance, meal allowance, health insurance, among others). * Assist in recording and tracking vacations, 13th salary, and issuing reports. * Support employee time tracking. Requirements: * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of Excel. * Interest in working and learning in the HR department.
