It is currently in a growth phase and seeks professionals eager to grow alongside the business—individuals with an owner’s mindset, responsibility, and results orientation. **About the Position** We seek a Commercial Manager to directly oversee store operations, ensuring operational organization, team leadership, and performance monitoring, with both strategic and operational involvement. **Key Responsibilities** Team management (hiring, onboarding, coaching, daily routines, and scheduling); Monitoring and managing targets, sales, and revenue; Conducting weekly feedback sessions and team meetings; Handling customer inquiries and complaints; Managing cash handling and inventory; Ensuring accurate execution of established processes; Opening and closing the store; Making strategic decisions autonomously; Managing KPIs, targets, and results; Acting with a growth and business development mindset; **Requirements and Qualifications** Experience in store management, retail, or commercial roles; Experience leading teams (even if still developing); Experience in customer service and sales; Knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, and target achievement; Proactive commercial profile; Basic to intermediate Excel skills; Completed high school education; preferred background in Business Administration, Commercial Management, HR, or related fields; Preference for candidates residing near the area; **Behavioral Profile** Proactive and solution-oriented; Leadership balancing firmness and approachability; Strong communication skills and professional demeanor; Decision-making ability; Emotional intelligence; Organizational and time management skills; Results-driven; Owner’s mindset and accountability; Business acumen; Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting at BRL 2,400.00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
