Teamwork and constant vigilance ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Responsible for monitoring CCTV system footage to identify suspicious or abnormal situations. Conducts periodic patrols in the company’s internal and external areas to prevent theft, vandalism, and other irregularities. Controls the entry of people, vehicles, and goods by verifying documents and authorizations, preventing unauthorized access. Records entry/exit data and prepares detailed incident reports, informing supervisors of any abnormalities or risks. Identifies potential accident hazards or security-compromising situations and takes preventive action. In emergencies (e.g., fires, intrusions, or accidents), contacts relevant authorities and acts to minimize damage; may also mediate conflicts. Provides guidance to visitors, suppliers, and service providers in accordance with internal policies. Collaborates with other security personnel in more complex operations. This position requires constant attention, responsibility, strong verbal and written communication skills, quick decision-making ability, and preferably residence in the West Zone or Downtown area. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Education: Completed high school (mandatory). Preferred Qualifications: Additional training courses in security. Experience: 6 months to 1 year in roles such as security guard, doorman, or access controller. Attention to detail and constant vigilance Strong verbal and written communication skills Quick decision-making in risky situations Discipline, punctuality, responsibility, and professional ethics Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain discretion Physical stamina and willingness to work night shifts or extended periods standing Preferably resides in the West Zone or Downtown Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays Basic computer knowledge (e.g., monitoring systems, report completion, etc.) ### **BENEFITS** Meal/Voucher: R$ 25.00 per day Transportation Voucher Night Shift Allowance (if assigned to night shift) ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment Type:** CLT
