We are seeking a professional with **experience in Salesforce platform development**, particularly with declarative tools such as Process Builder, Workflows, OmniScript, Flows, and Lightning App Builder, preferably in the **Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL)** modules. Responsibilities include: * Translating business requirements into efficient Salesforce platform solutions, including integrations; * Acting as a Salesforce subject matter expert, providing technical guidance to the team; * Building and configuring scalable, easily maintainable applications; * Developing end\-to\-end solutions using APEX, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and API\-based integrations; * Automating processes using tools such as Flow, Assignment Rules, and Alerts; * Participating in estimations, code reviews, testing, and application support (including post\-deployment); * Contributing to documentation, knowledge transfer, and defect resolution. **Technical Requirements:** * Experience with Salesforce platform languages (Visualforce, LWC, APEX, SOQL, SOSL); * Experience with web development (JavaScript, CSS, HTML); * Knowledge of integrations (REST, SOAP, OAuth, SSO); * Proficiency in the Salesforce deployment process; * Experience working with Agile methodologies. * Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields; * Advanced English proficiency. **WHY CAPCO:** At **Capco**, we foster an inclusive culture.
