




### **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive and greet clients, visitors, and suppliers. * Provide information about plans, services, and association processes. * Direct clients to responsible departments and schedule appointments. * Answer phone calls and respond to messages on digital channels (WhatsApp, email, social media, etc.). * Support the sales team in registering and updating member data. * Control the incoming and outgoing flow of documents, correspondence, and contracts. * Assist with administrative tasks (printing, scanning, filing, and spreadsheet management). * Maintain an organized and welcoming reception environment. ### **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Previous customer service or reception experience (preferably in vehicle protection, insurance, or financial sectors). * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, and internal systems). * Proactive, polite, and organized personality. Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Degree)
