**Main Responsibilities** * Create, review, adjust, and manage system automation projects; * Interact with clients, users, and team leaders to understand their needs, collect *feedback*, and manage priorities and expectations; * Seek innovations and research market trends; * Write, detail, and organize *Backlog* items; * Be available daily to the Development Team to clarify questions regarding requirements and acceptance criteria; * Perform other duties inherent to the role. **Requirements:** * Experience in IT project planning and management; * Completed undergraduate degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Software Engineering, or related fields; * Residency in Itapema and/or easy access to this location. **Compensation:** Between R$8,000.00 and R$12,000.00 (based on experience).
